Adipex Success Stories

A successful story of Robinson

I have always been a happy go lucky guy! Or should I say an ultra happy go lucky guy! Sometimes funny, sometimes bugging and sometimes mischievous. If you belong to the same breed you will relate to me and will understand how much fun it could be teasing or bugging someone he.. he… I hardly cared about the things that should bother me in my life. I wasn't frustrated when I flunked in high school, well my parents sure were and I wasn't depressed when found out that my girl friend cheated on me, I felt happy I was free, infact I was concerned about my friend for whom she ditched me.. Poor chap! My life went as smooth as it could when I wasn't selected for my dream job, actually the philosophy was “unlucky them! They couldn't take me”. There are lots of things, which could have been enough to shake an ordinary person but they were not enough for me, as I was extra ordinary. I was unshakable. Well this extra ordinary and unshakable also contain their literal meanings, which implies I was 5' 8'' tall and weighed 272 lbs but this even didn't bother me, I thought it was an added advantage infact, atleast nobody messes with you!

I was fat but usually remained glad. Though those extra pounds did cause me a great deal of trouble sometimes, since I was a child but I managed. Here I would like to give a few examples, so that you could relate to my situation more easily. Once I was caught because of my fat fingers, when I was trying to pull out the coins from a public telephone booth while my other couple of friends who accompanied me managed to escape easily. I was grounded for a month just because I had fat fingers. Let's take another incident from my teenage. Something was calling me that day, perhaps it was my mischief instinct and I decided to perform one of the deadliest mischief (inspired by a TV show, actually!). Christmas was near and I purchased a huge cherry bomb from my pocket money. I wanted it to sound bigger and more louder, suddenly I saw a post box. My mischievous instinct took over my sanity and next moment I was approaching the post box. The bomb was shouting at me “blast me! Blast now!” I followed its command. I lighted the bomb and posted it into the post box, I was running as fast I can but somehow couldn't reach far enough when I heard a deafening explosion and the next moment hundreds of addressed letters were scattered on the street. I tried to escape but was caught by the people around. I couldn't make a swift escape as my huge body couldn't move faster. Let's close this story here now the punishment and consequences are better to be kept unrevealed for such a daring act.

Now I am 25 years old and the most recent trouble I faced due to my 272 lbs body was just a few months ago, which helped me to take a great decision that it's high time to loose that extra flab. I had gone to the movie with a bunch of friends of mine. We were late and the movie had started, we were walking through the seat rows to grab our seats. Just like always, I was trying my level best to disturb others while walking through that narrow passage. It was dark and I found a seat, but soon realized I was sitting at the wrong place, as by mistake I had sat on an old lady who was trying to tell me “getup from me, you moron!” She was breathing heavily. I tried to get up swiftly but my feet slipped and I was again over her this time with full force with all the pop corn and sodas on us. She couldn't breathe and started getting unconscious. By the time the people around had got up and the movie was stopped, the theater was no more dark and the lights glowed everywhere. Soon, an emergency paramedic was coming running towards us. He checked her pulse and quickly started giving old lady the CPR. I was standing in a side so ashamed that I felt like I'll dissolve away standing right there. My friends were looking at me and at the old lady, taking turns and wondering what the hell happened. I was pleased to bug people but I never meant hurting anyone, especially that poor old lady, who had became the victim of my obesity.

Paramedic, I and others took a sigh of relief, as the lady coughed a bit and started breathing shallow. She was stabilizing slowly and paramedics decided to put her on an external oxygen supply for sometime as a precaution major. She was taken inside the 911 Ambulance and now the center of attraction had shifted from her to me. People were staring at me with their eyes shouting “You almost killed her, you big fat moron!” I was too embarrassed to talk and couldn't afford to stay there anymore. When I turned to leave I heard the piles of laughter coming from the people left behind. I couldn't escape the humiliation, as my friends had seen it all and they were desperate to spread the word among others.

My life turned upside down, it used to be me who made fun of people but the luck had already reversed and I myself had become the laughing stock for them now. I think they call it ‘Karma'. I couldn't take it any more. After all, I tried to kill an old lady in my ignorance. The incident stirred me badly. The unshakable was no more than a viscous liquid now. I started deeply thinking over it and recalled how many times I had been into trouble because of my obesity. To my surprise the moments were countless and I decided to never let it happen again.

I started a strict dieting regime and joined a gym. The hunger pangs almost slaughtered me for one month when I was on a strict diet. I literally survived on cabbage and soup only for that month and managed to shed 26 pounds.

One day, I was lifting weights in the gym and suddenly my vision got blurred and I started feeling dizzy. My physical instructor, asked me to take medical advice immediately. I went to the doctor and told him about my diet and exercise regime. Doctor asked me to put a stop on the diet at once and explained that I have been missing a lot of important nutrients required for proper functioning of my body. He continued that my weight will come back when I'll stop the diet. He wrote me a prescription for Adipex diet pills and said ‘these are diet suppressants and I wont feel hungry after having these pills'. He also asked me to follow a proper diet and not to starve. He said I can continue gym if I want too, as physical exercise will boost my weight loss program.

Three months has passed since I started taking Adipex and have been following proper diet and gym. Within these three months I have managed to shed 60 pounds more and I weigh 186 pounds now. Life has completely changed for me. I don't suffer stomach cramps anymore due to hunger and feel great and confident that atleast the troubles I faced due to my obesity won't haunt me again. I am yet to loose around 36 pounds more to reach my ideal weight and I am all set for it. My attitude towards life has also changed I am no more a trouble maker anymore but have evolved myself as a good friend and human being, as I know now, how it feels when you are in a miserable condition.
